CAILEY HAYNES: Program Director/Head Coach
Cailey Haynes grew up in Upstate New York and played Division I lacrosse at the University at Albany,
earning First Team All-Conference honors her senior year.
Along with coaching at Vandegrift, Cailey also currently coaches for the Grit club team.
Off the field, she works as a Digital Forensic Analyst at KLDiscovery.
Lacrosse has given her some of her favorite memories, and she strives to create
a positive and fun environment for her players.

Nicole Harrison: Assistant High School CoacH
Nicole Harrison is from Newton, Massachusetts, where she began playing lacrosse at age nine.
She went on to become a four-year starting midfielder at Roanoke College,
helping lead the program to a 12th-place national ranking in NCAA Division III during her senior season in 2024.
Nicole brings eight years of coaching experience, working with athletes of all ages through club programs,
middle and high schools, and individual player development.
She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Occupational Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.
Nicole is excited to join the Vandegrift lacrosse program as an assistant head coach
and is committed to fostering growth, teamwork, and a lasting love for the game both on and off the field.
